Request deletion by email
To request deletion of your account information, connected-service data, or lead/contact information held in zCallMagic, email our support team at:
support@zcallmagic.comUse the subject line Data Deletion Request.
You do not need to sign in to view these instructions or submit an email request.
What to include
- The email address or phone number associated with the information you want deleted.
- The business, Facebook Page, or lead form you interacted with, if known.
- A brief description of the information you want deleted, and whether your request concerns your account, a connected Meta integration, or a lead/contact record.
Provide only the information needed to locate your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or identity documents in your initial email. For Meta-related requests, you can mention Facebook, Instagram, or ZUDSA LEADS.
Removing Facebook or Instagram access
You can also revoke the connected app's access through your Meta account settings. In Facebook settings, review Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, find the connected application, such as ZUDSA LEADS, and remove its access. Menu names may vary by account and Meta's interface.
Removing an integration's access is not the same as deleting information previously received by zCallMagic. Email support@zcallmagic.com to request deletion of that stored information as well. This process does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or the original content held by Meta.
How requests are handled
Deletion requests are reviewed manually by our support team. Sending an email does not automatically delete data. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority and clarify which records the request covers.
Where information was provided to a business using zCallMagic, we may need to coordinate with that business to locate and process your request. Our support team will communicate the outcome and any applicable limits on deletion.
Certain information may need to be retained for applicable legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. These instructions do not promise immediate deletion of every record or deletion from independent systems operated by Meta or another business.
For additional information about how data is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
