This setup connects your business identity to customer communication; it does not automatically import an existing Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

Receive, read and reply to customer email

Use the web mailbox to search messages, review Inbox, Sent and Spam views, track unread email, and compose or reply with attachments. Can I send and receive email using my own domain?

Yes. Custom-domain sending and inbound business mailboxes require domain verification, DNS configuration and mailbox setup. You must control the domain and complete the routing requirements before receiving messages in zCallMagic.

Does this connect to my existing Gmail or Outlook inbox?

No. The business mailbox receives email through configured inbound domain routing, rather than synchronizing an existing Gmail, Outlook, IMAP or POP3 account. Review your existing mail routing before changing DNS records.

Is business email the same as email marketing?

They are connected but serve different purposes. Business email handles individual enquiries and replies; email campaigns reach a selected audience. Campaigns and automated sending remain subject to consent, configuration, plan availability and usage charges.
